This reiki training is based in Usui Reiki concepts with specialized focus on the “pain body” and how it relates to the manifestations of addiction behaviors, codependent tendencies, and trauma responses.

In this course you will learn:

• The fundamentals of Recovery Reiki® I
• To identify the pain-body and learn how to shrink It
• The three energetic bodies and how to heal them
• To identify emotional causes of disorder
• To explore 3 types of meditation practices
• About inner child work
• About shadow medicine and the emotional transmutation process
• The concepts of gut health and the pain-body
• Techniques to use crystals in self healing sessions
• About EMF’s and how they contribute to the pain-body
• How to clear space
• How to set intentions
• How to connect with your Intuition
• How to use the hand positions for self-healing and the healing of others
• The importance of grounding practices and breaking connections (boundaries) with others
• This training will help you break free of negative patterns, so you can live a life of peace, love, and joy.
